Registration Fee

Registration Information

avoid long delays at the on-site registration desk, participants are strongly advised to register for the Conference in advance.
The registration fee is as follows,

Early Bird registration that you can apply until 12:00 of Aug 11th WED is recommended because it is discounted price than Regular and Onsite registration. (GMT +9).
*The fees will automatically change at 12:01 of Aug 11, 2021 (Japan standard time).
*All fees are in Japanese Yen.

*It is not possible to apply for registration for each day
*The presenter must make a registration and payment in advance.
If you have not completed to pay the registration fee at the time of the acceptance notice(late of July), 
please make a payment by July 31.
Please note that the abstract will be withdrawn if your payment cannot be confirmed.

Payment Procedure

After you complete your registration, please click the “Go to Payment Page” button. Payments by only credit card will be accepted.
Note: Other payment methods are not accepted.

The due date for Early Bird Registration payment is 23:59 of Aug 11 (Wed), 2021.
The due date for Regular Registration payment is 23:59 of Nov 7 (Sun), 2021.
Please note that payments will not be accepted after this date. 
Cash payment is accepted only on the day at the venue. For more details on the payment, please refer to *About Payment* on My Page.

[How to pay by credit card]
The credit cards listed below can be used to make payments.

Visa, MasterCard®, JCB, AMEX, Diners Club

1. For VISA, MasterCard®, and JCB cardholders
This system supports 3-D Secure for certain cardholders in order to provide a more secure online payment experience.

What is 3-D Secure?
This system adds an authentication step to the online payment process by requiring the user to enter a previously registered password on an authentication screen provided by the credit card issuer. International credit card brands VISA, MasterCard®, and JCB recommend that merchants make use of this system.

Credit card issuers use different names to refer to their implementation of 3-D Secure, including Verified by VISA (used by VISA), MasterCard® SecureCode™ (MasterCard®), and J/Secure™ (JCB).

*Some issuers allow cardholders to use the same password they have been assigned for accessing their monthly statements online or having them sent by email. If this password is not entered, or if an incorrect password is entered, the online transaction will not be completed.

*If you forget your password or experience other authentication-related issues, please contact your credit card issuer. (For more information, see your credit card issuer’s website.)

*In terms of the actual payment process, once you have entered your card information (issuer, card number, expiration date, and cardholder name), click the “Next” button to proceed to the credit card issuer’s authentication screen.

*If the authentication screen is not displayed, please confirm card number and expiration date, and take a procedure again. Or close your browser window, log onto the AMARYS registration screen again from the event website (scientific society conference, etc.), and enter another credit card on the payment page. Alternately, you may wish to contact your JTB representative.

*If you cancel the authentication process on this screen, your online transaction will not be completed. (Avoid using your browser’s “Back” button.) Also, canceling the authentication process will prevent you from returning to the current application screen, so you’ll need to log onto the application top page again and repeat the payment process.

2. For AMERICAN EXPRESS(AMEX) and Diners Club International cardholders
Card number, expiration date and security code will be required for the payment.

*The security code is the last 3 digits of the number printed above the card holder signature area on the back of the card.
*For American Express cards, this is the 4 digits number stamped above the card number on the front of the card.

Notes about Early Bird Registration

*Registration will be completed after online credit card payment is completed. Please note that registration procedure is not completed at the stage of unpaid. *In principle, we do not accept group registration. Please complete the registration by each participant.
*The receipt will be given to all participants with the participation certificate.
In principle, we do not issue receipts in advance

Confirmation

Your registration will be completed upon receipt of your on-line registration information and payment.
Once you have completed the above steps, click on the “Confirm/Purchase/Edit/Cancel/Additional application” button on “My Page”, then click on the “Display Confirmation Sheet” button and print out the Confirmation Sheet.

Participation certificate (name card) and participation certificate

After the conference, you can download it from “My Page”.

Cancellation Fee
After payment 100% of the registration fee/No refund

Note: If the request is received outside business hours, the arrangements will be handled on the next business day.

Cancellation

To amend or delete registered content, click on the Confirm/Purchase/Edit/Cancel/Additional application button on My Page, then use either the Edit or Cancel buttons.

We cannot accept cancellations and refund after payment is completed.
Also, please note that we cannot accept changes in the participation category after payment is completed.

Deadline for Registration

The deadline for Early Bird Registration is
12:00 of Aug 11, 2021, Japan Standard Time (GMT+9)

The deadline for Regular Registration is 
12:00 of November 7, 2021, Japan Standard Time (GMT+9)
